Espresso
machine was first made in 16th May, 1884 AD by Angelo Moriondo. He
was from Turin, Italy.
It was later improved by a man named Luigi Bezzera in 19th December,
1901 AD. Luigi was from Milan.
What are Espresso machines?
Espresso
machines are those machines which we use to brew espresso from roasted and
grinded Coffee beans.

are few parts of a Espresso machines which are commercially used nowadays. The
names of each part are quite easy to remember. Here is what you need to know.

Manual Espresso
Machine
While
using this machine to brew Espresso the work has to be done by the brewer
mostly. The espresso brewed from these kind of machines are not widely
considered authentic espresso nowadays but they do taste very good. It also
takes a lot longer to brew compared to the Espresso machines commercially used
nowadays.
Some examples of
Manual Espresso machines are Lever press, Mocha pot/Moka pot, French press,
V60, Chemax and Aero press.
Semi Automatic
Espresso Machine
Semi
automatic Espresso machines are very popular nowadays. They are easy to use and
can produce top quality espresso if brewing steps are followed correctly.
Automatic Espresso

Automatic
Espresso machines are even more easier to use due to various automation
facilities like auto brew stop, auto back flush, auto timer etc. They are
slightly less common in use than Semi Automatic machines because it is much
more expensive. But they are widely used by well established cafes all around
the world for work efficiency of their baristas.
Super/Fully
Automatic Espresso Machine
These
machines are the most easy espresso machines to use if you know the basic
functions of pressing buttons. Almost everything is done by the machine from
brewing the right amount of Coffee to steaming milk and pouring it into the
espresso to make a drink.
